Bouygues bags £30m retirement village deal
Bouygues UK’s Midlands regional business Thomas Vale has landed the contract to deliver a new £30m retirement village in South Derbyshire.
Work will start on site next month on behalf of Richmond Care Villages which is part of Bupa.
The development at Richmond Aston-on-Trent is due to open in 2016.
Thomas Vale’s managing director Craig Tatton said: “We are proud to have been chosen to collaborate with Richmond Care Villages to deliver this excellent retirement facility.
“We are continuing to grow steadily in the Midlands, increasing our market share and further strengthening our position across the region.”
