McAleer & Rushe lands £27m London luxury resi deal

Clivedale Properties has awarded a £27m contract to McAleer & Rushe for 22 luxury apartments on the former central London headquarters of property firm Colliers.
Work will start on site this month at The Mansion development at 9 Marylebone Lane, W1.
The site will include studios, 1- to 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses, a 25-metre pool, gym, spa and treatment rooms, gardens and residents’ lounge.
The 55,400 sq ft residential building will comprise a lower ground, ground, and seven upper floors, with large setbacks incorporating roof terraces, along with two basement levels.
Clivedale is a UK subsidiary of property giant Indiabulls led by chairman Sameer Gehlaut.
