Area to be covered: South West
Remuneration: £40,000 – £45,000 + £1.5k per quarter and additional stretch bonus (could earn another £10k)

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Building Products will involve:
• Area Sales Manager role selling comprehensive range of interior, exterior & landscaping building products such as: wall & floor panelling, vinyl flooring, decking, fencing, kitchens and roofing products
• All of your time will be spent selling to national & independent merchants, bathroom distributors, building plastics stockists such as; Travis Perkins, Burton Roofing, James Hargreaves, Dell Factor & Q4 Bathrooms
• Turnover for this area will be circa £400k-£500k
• Good blend of account management and new business
• Reporting directly to company Director
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Building Products experience with:
• Open in terms of what building products you’ve previously sold
• Must have sold to builders merchants
• Ideally contacts within the industry
• Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic
• Commercially capable, loyal and technical
