Areas to be covered: Scotland (Central Belt)
Remuneration: £35,000 – £40,000 + bonus tbc
Benefits: company car or negotiable car allowance + benefits package
The role of the Area Sales Manager – Kitchens & Fitted Furniture will involve:
• Field sales position selling a high quality range of fitted furniture for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, washrooms, student accommodation, education etc
• Working on both refurbishment and new build projects
• Selling to housing associations & local authorities, main contractors, sub-contractors, housebuilders & developers
• Taking over a territory currently turning over around £3m-£4m
• Will have to visit tenants and conduct site surveys
• 80-90% account management
The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager – Kitchens & Fitted Furniture with:
• Must have construction sales experience (open on what products you’ve sold)
• Would consider someone internal looking for a step up in your career
• Would consider a distribution / merchants sales professional
• Ideally have social housing experience however not essential
• Driven, ambitious and hungry to succeed
• Track record of stability within your career
• Trustworthy & adaptable
