Remuneration: £50,000 + 20% bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Masonry Repair Systems will involve:
• Technical Sales Manager position selling a high quality range of masonry repair systems such as: wall ties, micro piles, fixings and structural masonry repair systems
• All of your time will be spent generating specifications with structural engineers and working directly with approved installers
• Will have a smaller element of dealing with contractors
• Conducting regular structural surveys
• Will be required to conduct CPD seminars
• Once up and running will be expecting to turnover circa £750-£1m
• Project sizes will vary depending on size however can be anything from £1k – £200k
• Good blend of account management and new business
The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager – Masonry Repair Systems with:
• Must have conducted surveys previously
• Must have sold to / dealt with a technical related products such as: masonry repair systems, damp proofing, remedial works, micro piles, wall ties, wind posts, tension bars, steel beams, lintels, restraint fixings, fixings, concrete reinforcement, concrete support systems, metal decking, rainscreen cladding, façades, anchors, structural building products
• Ideally an structural or civil engineer with relevant qualifications to match (not essential)
• Ideally sold to structural engineers however not essential
