Area to be covered: Kent
Remuneration: £38,000 – £40,000 + 20% bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Plastic Building & Roofing Products will involve:
- Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality distributed range of plastic building products such as: fascia & soffit, cladding, guttering, decking and drainage
- Selling to general builders, contactors, roofline contractors, regional housebuilders and window fitters
- Dealing with and selling to national merchants such as: Travis Perkins, Jewson’s, MKM, Huws Gray
- Dealing with a wide range of project sizes ranging from £250 – £20k+ depending on the size and type of project
- Turnover target of circa £60k per month
- Will be expected to learn basic branch responsibilities
- Majority of your time will be spent generating new business
The ideal applicant will be a Area Sales Manager – Plastic Building & Roofing Products with:
- Must have building products field sales experience
- Must have sold to either builders merchants or builders / contractors (ideally both)
- Ideally have a black book of transferable contracts
- Ideally plastics such as: fascia, soffits, guttering, drainage, cladding, decking, channel drainage, roof outlets, rainwater drainage, UPVC drainage, windows etc (not essential)
- Team player, self-motivated and outgoing
- Driven, enthusiastic, focused
