Area Sales Manager – Social Housing & Local Authorities

Areas to be covered: Scotland x2 (location with determine territory)
Remuneration: £35,000 – £40,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + bonus tbc
Benefits: company car or car allowance + benefits package
The role of the Area Sales Manager – Social Housing & Local Authorities will involve:
• Field sales position selling a high quality range of fitted furniture for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, washrooms, student accommodation, education etc
• Working on both refurbishment and new build projects
• Generating specifications with housing associations & local authorities
• Smaller portion dealing with regional developers and housebuilders
• Seeing projects through with main contractors and sub-contractors
• Taking over a territory currently turning over around £3m-£4m
• Will have to visit tenants and conduct site surveys
• Predominately an account management position however you will be expected to generate new business
The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager – Social Housing & Local Authorities with:
• Must have social housing experience
• Open on products sold
• Ideally within the kitchens / KBB sector however open
• Ideally via local authorities and housing associations
• Track record of stability within your career
• Trustworthy, adaptable and hungry to succeed
