Area to be covered: North (Birmingham up ideally based M62 corridor)
Remuneration: £50,000 – £55,000 + £12,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Masonry Support Systems will involve:
• Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality range of masonry support systems such as: wall ties, wind posts, tension bars, lintels, restraint fixings, fixings
• Majority of your time will be spend selling to major contracts, sub-contractors, brickwork contractors, architects & engineers
• The remaining portion of your time will be spent dealing with managing the order with builders merchants such as: SIG, Encon, Galaxy and Miers
• Carving up existing territories and will inherit circa £3m / £3.5m turnover
• Majority of your time will be managing existing accounts
• Circa 55 on going projects to manage and 10-15 key accounts
The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager – Masonry Support Systems with:
• Must have construction field sales experience
• Must have sold a structural building product such as: insulation, cladding, facades, concrete, heavyside, fixings, support systems, masonry, lintels, wall ties, wind posts, tension bars, steel beams, concrete reinforcement, concrete support systems, metal decking, rainscreen cladding, anchors etc
• Would consider someone selling to builders merchants
• Ideally sold to structural engineers, architects, brickwork contractors and main contractors (not essential)
• Personable, team player, people person, driven and enthusiastic
