Area Sales Managers – Flooring Products

Remuneration: £34,000-£36,000 + uncapped commission giving OTE circa £50,000
Benefits: £4 per day tax free lunch allowance, fully expensed company car & full benefits package
The role of the Area Sales Managers – Carpet & Vinyl Flooring will involve:
• Field sales position selling a manufactured range of flooring products such as: carpet & vinyl floor coverings
• All of your time will be selling into independent flooring retailers and buying groups
• Initially responsible for circa 150+ customers
• Revenue responsibility approx. £1.7m+
• Visiting accounts on either a 4, 6 or 12 week call cycle
• Account sizes will vary from £2,000 per annum up to £15,000+ turnover
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Managers – Carpet & Vinyl Flooring with:
• Field sales experience with independent retail customers or buying groups
• Open to a flooring/ carpet retail showroom background, looking for first step into field sales fe.g. store manager at Carpetright, SCS and Tapa etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Tenacious, driven and hungry
• Ideally you will have a strong need to earn
