Job Title: Estimator – Cladding and Façade Systems
Industry Sector: Estimator, Estimates, Estimating, EWI, Rainscreen, Cladding, Render, Rainscreens, Curtain Walling, External Wall Insulation, Fixings, Architectural External Building Products, Building Envelope, Architectural Glazing and Facades
Location: Reading or Midlands (remote work available)
Remuneration: £35,000 – £40,000

The role of the Estimator – Cladding and Façade Systems will involve:
• Estimator position dealing with a high-quality manufactured range of rainscreen and EWI cladding systems
• Liaise with architects, specifiers, contractors and suppliers to gain a full understanding of projects
• Review drawings and specifications provided by clients
• Preparing and submitting accurate and detailed tenders within the timeframe provided
• Producing final quotations for clients
• Continue to develop relationships with clients to secure further business
• Liaise with new and existing clients suppliers to negotiate prices
• Liaise with technical and sales teams to facilitate the progression of tenders
• Prioritise own workload to ensure customers’ deadlines are met
• Typical project values will vary from £100k up to £1.5m
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Cladding and Façade Systems with:
• Must have estimating experience within the building envelope market sector
• Ideally experienced in rainscreen cladding and EWI
• Ideally experienced in Bluebeam & Build Desk
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• IT literate (Microsoft Office), ideally able to produce V look-ups
• Organised, team player with the ability to work autonomously
