Based: Hertfordshire office
Remuneration: £30,000neg

The role of the Marketing Executive – Plumbing & Heating will involve:
• Marketing role promoting the design, manufacture and supply of underfloor heating systems
• Targeting predominantly new build developments, but also a small amount of renovating housing developments
• Implementing marketing plan that’s put in place by the Marketing Director
• Improving overall brand awareness
• Manage the delivery of all marketing activity, such as; social media, website, content, broachers, email campaigns etc
• Measuring success of marketing strategies and identifying where improvements need to be made
• Identify and nurture prospects, executing the lead generation process
• Amending current marketing collateral via InDesign & Illustrator
• Supporting sales team to increase business
• The role is office based, but can work remotely for 2 days per week once completing probation
The ideal applicant will be a Marketing Executive – Plumbing & Heating with:
• Must have 2 years marketing experience within the construction industry
• Possess a real enthusiasm to work in the industry as underfloor heating knowledge is not essential
• Ideally will have InDesign and Illustrator experience
• Highly organised and self-motivated individual
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail, administrative and planning skills
• Professional, enthusiastic, focused, driven and confident
• Computer and Microsoft Office literacy
• Must have a full UK driving license
