Regional Sales Manager – Roofing Products

Area to be covered: South
Remuneration: £40,000-£50,000 + bonus tbc
Benefits: car allowance & full benefits package
The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Concrete Roof Tiles will involve:
• Field sales position selling a brand new manufactured range of concrete roof tiles
• Everything is back sold through distribution via merchants, roofing merchants & buying groups
• Initially the majority of your time will be spent selling to & making the distribution channels aware of the new roofing products range
• A smaller portion of your time will be spent generating specifications and conducting CPD’s with housebuilders, developers, local authorities, architects and roofing contractors
• Turnover target yet to be determined
• Projects can range in length from 6-18 months
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Concrete Roof Tiles with:
• Must have construction field sales experience
• Open in terms of what building product you’ve sold
• Would consider any route to market whether that’s contractors, distribution or specification
• Ideally in roofing or associated industry (not essential)
• Ideally some specification sales experience with regional housebuilders, developers, architects, quantity surveyors or other specifiers
• Dynamic and proactive approach
