Location: Remote
Remuneration: £40,000 – £45,000 + up to £9,000 bonus paid monthly

The role of the Specification Engineer – Fixing Systems will involve:
• Technical specification engineer position, selling a high end range of fixings systems of pipes, ventilation and cable systems
• All of your time will be spent dealing with engineers, specifiers and MEP contractors
• Will be required to conduct CPD seminars
• Preparation of project-specific technical documents including 3D CAD drawings and bill of quantities for project tenders
• Pipeline management, project monitoring in coordination with sales team
• Will retargeted be likely to be negotiated in the new tear
• Will be require to visit on site and conduct pull out / anchor testing
• Working in conjunction with regional engineer
• Working alongside the sales team to provide technical expertise
• Provide onsite product training
The ideal applicant will be Specification Engineer – Fixing Systems with:
• Must have design experience within the MEP market sector
• Must have a structural engineering or mechanical engineering degree
• Must have structural engineering software experience with such as: R-Stab, Staad Pro and SAP 200
• Practical experience with Revit or other 3D software’s
• Experience of creating technical documents such as calculation, material compositions and assembly drawings
• Ideally knowledge of technical building services
• Ideally dealt with MEP Contractors, M&E contractors, M&E consultants, engineers and specifiers
• Commercially astute, professional, organised
