Remuneration: £40,000 – £50,000 + 30% bonus paid quarterly

The role of Specification & Project Sales Manager – Ventilation Products x3 will involve:
• Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems
• All of your time will be spent selling to housebuilders, developers, housing associations, local authorities, architects, M&E consultants, M&E contractors, installers and partnering contractors
• Cradle to grave opportunity
• Working on project sizes from smaller one off builds to 50 units
• Taking over a well-established area
• Good blind of new business and account management
• Can re-jig and be flexible of areas
The ideal applicant will be a Specification & Project Sales Manager – Ventilation Products x3 with:
• Must have HVAC product related experience
• Must have a track record selling via housebuilders, developers, social housing, local authorities, building services consultants, architects, M&E consultants, M&E contractors, installers & specifiers
• Must have strong technical knowledge and capabilities
• Genuine hunger and desire to achieve
• Dynamic ‘go getter’ and not a ‘plodder’
• Results orientated, energetic
• A team player who is highly organised
