Surveyor – Air Handling Units
Job Title: Surveyor – Air Handling Units
Industry Sector: Surveyor, Estimator, Site Surveyor, HVAC, Air Handling Units, AHU, Radiators, Boilers, Control Systems, Total Package Solutions, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Fan Coils, M&E Consultants and Contractors
Location: Ideally West Yorkshire
Remuneration: £42,000 + £5,000 bonus

The role of the Surveyor – Air Handling Units will involve:
• Site Surveyor position dealing with high quality bespoke manufactured air handling units
• Carry out site visits to gain an understanding of projects and scope of works
• Review project drawings and specifications
• Informing Sales team and customers of any concerns surrounding the technical scope of works
• Use component and product selection software to prepare and produce surveys and estimates
• To prepare clearly qualified and detailed quotations and associated technical information for customers
• Liaising with internal departments ensuring they have the relevant information for the project and provide additional information in relation to secured orders as necessary
• Working on projects varying in size from £5,000 to £200k in value
• Hybrid work available (3 days field, 2 days home/office)
The ideal applicant will be a Surveyor – Air Handling Units with:
• Must have experience surveying / estimating air handling units (AHUs)
• Must have sound technical understanding of AHUs
• Must have experience replacing, repairing and installing AHUs
• Familiar with HTM-03 guidelines
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High levels of organisation, attention to detail and time management
• Must have experience working in a high pressure environment
• Full UK driving license
• Strong client relationship & negotiation skills
• Enthusiastic and determined
