Remuneration: £26,000 + 10% Bonus

The role of the Sales Coordinator – Bathroom Brassware will involve:
• Administrative office based role (with high attention to detail)
• Dealing with all matters relating to our clients’ project channel
• 70% post sales, 30% pre sales related
• Order processing and management
• Project qualification and pricing enquiries (decide price points and create pricing documents)
• Identify new leads from agreed sources
• Write client specifications that achieve client’s objective
• Handle customer returns, spare part identification and site visit requirements by engineers
• Product knowledge and technical support (full training on taps and showers portfolio will be provided)
• Building and managing customer relationships
• The role is 20%-30% inbound phone calls and 70%-80% email based
• Working closely with Project Sales Managers, project partners and our clients’ Project Office Manager
• Working on multiple IT systems including SAP, C4Cm Excel and an Intranet

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Coordinator – Bathroom Brassware with:

• Proven customer service/ relationship management experience with a technical product
• Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role would be ideal
• Knowledge of the bathroom/ KBB/ Showers & Taps industry is not essential
• Open to various customer service backgrounds such as; construction, engineering, insurance, car dealerships, manufacturing, call centres, recruitment etc.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Further education is essential, degree level may be advantageous
• Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and effective time management
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• IT proficient
