Job Title: Key Account Development Manager – Time & Attendance Systems

Area to be covered: National (predominantly the South East)

Must be based commutable to Hemel Hempstead

Remuneration: £35,000neg + 4% of all sales uncapped commission

The role of the Key Account Development Manager – Time & Attendance Systems will involve:

• Field sales position selling a comprehensive range of high quality time management solutions predominantly used within the education, healthcare and manufacturing market sectors
• Majority of your time will be spent selling directly to and managing main contractor and M&E contractors relationships such as: Balfour Beatty and MechFS
• The remaining portion of your time will be spent managing key distribution partners such as: Autoclock Systems
• There will be a focus on your role of getting more out of the key account Amazon
• After a bedding in period adding £500k+ to annual turnover
• Would like if the successful candidates had contact of ways into the transport market place
• Working with a dedicated specification sales person

The ideal applicant will be a Key Account Development Manager – Time & Attendance Systems with:

• Must have construction field sales experience in the construction industry
• Must have sold a technically related solution such as: electrical products / systems, access control, fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, locking systems, video surveillance, timing systems, smoke alarms, lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, heating etc
• Experience selling to and relationships with main contractors, M&E contractors or end users such as: Amazon, MechFS and Balfour Beatty
• Ideally have an understanding of the specification sales process
• Capable of being a pro active sales person and generate new business
• Ideally some CAD & CRM software experience
• Stable career track record and not a ‘job hopper’
• Results orientated, energetic, autonomous, enthusiastic
