Located: Bristol or surrounding areas
Remuneration: £25,000 - £30,000

The role of Estimator – Bathrooms & Sanitary-ware will involve:
• Estimator position dealing with a range of high end bathroom products such as: sanitary-ware, showers, baths, brassware and furniture
• Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
• Producing formal quotations to customers
• Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
• Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors and assessing the risk level associated with a project
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Bathrooms & Sanitary-ware with
• Ideally will have estimating experience within the bathroom industry
• Would also consider someone with customer service / sales background within the construction industry
• Excellent telephone manor
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Excellent communicator written and verbally
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office) ideally experienced with Intact iQ
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good team player who also works well individually
