Remuneration: £25,000 + 10% Bonus

The role of the Estimator – Steel Fabrications will involve:
• Estimator position dealing with stainless steel fabrications and masonry support systems such as: wall ties, wind posts, tension bars, lintels, restraint fixings, fixings
• Working on projects across the construction and building trade, roads, bridges, private rented sector (PRS), education, office blocks, high-rise residential, retail, rail & lintels
• Producing quotations for projects and following up to convert sales
• Regularly liaising with production and purchasing team
• Producing CAD drawings for the steel cutting machines
• Dealing with inbound enquiries and providing technical solutions to queries
• Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
The ideal applicant will be Estimator – Steel Fabrications with:
• Must have estimating experience within the construction OR steel OR fabrications industries
• Ideally will be able to read technical drawings
• Ideally will have CAD experience
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Must have good communication skills both written and verbally
• Personable, team player, people person, driven and enthusiastic
• Confident, outgoing individual
