The role of the Internal Sales Coordinator – Masonry Support System will involve:
• Internal sales position dealing with a high end range of masonry support systems such as: wall ties, wind posts, tension bars, lintels, restraint fixings, fixings
• Working on projects across the construction and building trade, roads, bridges, private rented sector (PRS), education, office blocks, high-rise residential, retail, rail & lintels
• 50% of your time will be spend raising quotations for clients
• 25% of your time will be spent making out bound calls to get client feedback
• 25% of your time will be spent dealing with inbound calls
• Advising clients on delivery schedules
• Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
The ideal applicant will be Internal Sales Coordinator – Masonry Support System with:
• Must have sales experience, ideally within the construction OR steel OR fabrications industries
• Must have experience producing quotes
• Must have excellent telephone manor
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Must have good communication skills both written and verbally
• Flexible, team player who is able to multi task
• Personable, people person, driven and enthusiastic
• Confident, outgoing individual
