Job Title: Trade Counter Sales Executive – Flooring

Location: Chessington or surroundings
Remuneration: £23,000 - £25,000 + bonus (up to £500 per month initially)

The role of the Trade Counter Sales Executive – Flooring will involve:
• Internal sales role selling our clients distributed range floor coverings, carpet tiles, vinyl flooring, engineered wooden flooring & accessories in the commercial and domestic market sectors
• Most of your time will be spent dealing with main flooring contractors
• New role for the business, created through a brand new branch
• Working within a team of 3 people to help achieve a branch target
• Taking orders from customers
• Dealing with stock enquiries
• Upselling and cross-selling products where possible
• Raising quotations for customers and following up
• Typical order values are circa £500
• Full product training will be provided
The ideal applicant will be a Trade Counter Sales Executive – Flooring with:
• Ideally will have trade counter sales experience, however this isn’t essential other internal sales experience would be considered
• Domestic and contract flooring industry background would be advantageous
• Enthusiastic and high energy
• Keen and eager to forge a sales career
• Comfortable on the phone
• Provide excellent customer service
• Professional and highly organised
• IT literate
