Remuneration: £50,000 Neg. + £20,000 Uncapped Commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager EWI Render & Rainscreen Cladding will involve:
• Field sales position selling our clients high quality manufactured range of EWI (external wall insulation) render & rainscreen cladding systems
• Promoting aluminium, stone, ceramic and terracotta systems
• 50% of your time winning specification projects with architects and other specifiers
• 50% managing relationships with main contractors and installers
• Small pipeline of projects, but the role will be predominantly new business development
• Targeting projects across residential, commercial, healthcare and education sectors, public and private
• Project values will vary from £75,000 up to £1m+
• Tasked with achieving a revenue target of circa £1m in your first year, with a view to growing the area to £3m+ in the future
• Excellent PR & marketing support (Barbour ABI etc.)

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Render & Rainscreen Cladding with:
• EWI or rainscreen cladding architectural specification field sales experience (experience of selling into tier 1 & 2 main contractors and installers would be beneficial
• Contacts within the London A&D community may be beneficial
• Ideally sold associated products to EWI, cladding, render & rainscreens, such as curtain walling, external wall insulation, fixings or other building envelope related systems
• Comfortable with CPD presentations
• May consider interior building products if combined with new business hunter/ “street-fighter” mentality
• Preferably not worked for a well-recognised brand/ capable of knocking down doors and making a name for yourself and the company
• Needs to be a well organised, structured, self-motivated person with a proven track record in sales
