Remuneration: £26,500 + Bonus

The role of the Warehouse Team Leader – Plastic Buildings Products will involve:
• Warehouse team leader position, managing a distribution warehouse for a range plastic building products such as: bathroom panels, fascias, guttering, cladding, decking, sills, drainage, roofing, windows and doors
• Managing all aspects of the warehouse including distribution, pick rates, stock levels and staff
• Looking after the warehouse team and ensuring smooth running of operations
• Ensuring that the teams pick rates are up to targets
• Maintaining stock levels for the warehouse
• Providing training and development for the warehouse staff
• Locate areas that need improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
The ideal applicant will be Warehouse Team Leader – Plastic Buildings Products with:
• Must have warehouse management experience, ideally within the construction industry
• Must have a good understanding of H&S and LEAN
• Must have stock controlling experience
• Must have an understanding of pick rates
• Proactive and positive individual
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be computer literate
• Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality
