Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000

The role of Project Manager – Fit-Out / Bespoke Joinery will involve:
• Project Manager position managing fit-out and refurbishment projects for the education sector
• Visiting clients to understand their needs and to confirm designs & plans
• Take measurements for the project and order any bespoke items
• Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
• Producing H&S documents for new projects
• Co-ordinate and plan the site, managing the programme all the way through to competition
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
• Working on projects ranging in value from £10k to £250k
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Fit-Out / Bespoke Joinery with
• Must have project management experience within the construction industry, ideally will be in the fit-out market sector
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
• Resilient individual who has strong leadership skills
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Excellent communicator written and verbally
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
