Area to be covered: National (must be based commutable to Sheffield)
(50/50 spilt office / home based position)
Remuneration: £55,000 neg (depending on experience) + £10,000 bonus

The role of the National Sales Manager – Building Products will involve:
• National Sales Manager position selling a range of products such as: tarpaulins, sandbags, ratchet straps, bulkbags, hessian/ jute, nets and associated products
• Managing and developing the existing sales team of 4/5, 3 of which are external
• As well as manage your own territory and bring in circa £1m turnover
• Will be giving 2 or 3 key accounts to look after to make part of that £1m
• Focused on selling to builders merchants, timber merchants such as Jewons & Tarvis
• The remaining portion with main & sub-contractors
• Making up part of the senior management team reporting directly to Chief Executive
• Huge growth potential within the role
The ideal applicant will be an National Sales Manager – Building Products with:
• Must have people management or senior leadership experience
• Must be hands on
• Must work within the builder merchant sector
• Must be able to train and patience with younger staff members
• Must be a forward thinker for example helping develop new product ranges
• Hungry and with a desire to succeed
