Area to be covered: South Coast (Weymouth to Southampton)
Remuneration: £35,000 - £37,000 + uncapped commission giving circa £5,000 - £10,000 bonus (will be able to double basic is the following years)

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Floor & Wall Tiles / Tiling Accessories will involve:
• Field sales role selling a manufactured range floor and wall tiles and associated products such as: tile adhesives, grouts, sealants, wetrooms, sanitaryware, screeds etc
• All of your time will be spent selling to tile fixers, tiling contractors, main contractors, regional housing developers, housing associations and local authorities
• Inheriting an established area that is currently turning over approx £500k, capable of doing at least £1.5m
• Will be given 400 accounts to manage however will still be expected to generate new business from those accounts
• Typical order value of between £2k-£200k
• Reporting into National Sales Manager
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Floor & Wall Tiles / Tiling Accessories with:
• Must have proven track record in construction field sales (open on products sold)
• Must have main contractor or developers sales experience
• Ideally a mixture of contractor and specification field sales experience with local authorities, housing associations
• Consultative sales approach
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Stable career history and positive can do approach
