Remuneration: £20,000 - £25,000

The role of Internal Sales Executive – Groundwork & Brickwork will involve:
• Internal sales role selling a large high end range of brickwork and ground work products
• Targeting predominantly main contractors & subcontractors
• Dealing with inbound calls
• Possessing a good technical understanding of the product range to advise clients and deal with any queries
• Making outbound calls to clients, upselling and cross selling where possible
• Processing orders for customers
• Liaising and working with the external sales team
• Keeping internal system up to date
• Working in an internal sales team of 4
• Working towards an overall branch target of circa £6m
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive – Groundwork & Brickwork with:
• Must have a proven track record in sales, ideally within the construction industry selling through contractors, main contractors, sub-contractors, groundwork contractors, civil contractors and brick work contractors
• Ideally someone that has existing relationships and is able to bring new business to the team
• A good understanding of contractors is advantageous
• Must have determination and fire in your belly
• Must be able to work within a team as well as individually
• Confident on the phone
• Computer literate
