Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus

The role of the Marketing Manager – Hard Landscaping will involve:
• Marketing Manager position, promoting a high quality distributed range of natural and manmade clay, concrete and natural stone landscaping products such as paving, masonry, tiles, cladding and street furniture etc.
• Identifying opportunities to exploit new marketing strategies that will deliver growth and increase commercial awareness
• Increase overall external engagement with our clients products and services
• Raise awareness using effective routes to market such as PR, advertising, social media, websites, written communications etc
• Lead and develop the marketing team to ensuring they are utilising the most cutting edge marketing knowledge and expertise
• Analysing trends and changes in the market to stay ahead of competitors
• Develop plans and budgets to ensure delivery of strategies
• Managing a marketing team of 3
The ideal applicant will be a Marketing Manager – Hard Landscaping with:
• Must have extensive Marketing Management experience, ideally within the construction industry, however not essential would consider any marketing experience
• Ideally will have B2B sales experience
• Must have a track record if implementing and executing marketing strategies
• Must have budgeting experience
• Must have Microsoft Windows package and digital media experience
• Full UK driving license
