The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Bathrooms will involve:

• Field sales position selling our clients mid-premium manufactured ranges of bathrooms
• 70% focussed on winning specifications with regional housebuilders and private house builder developers (typically housebuilders that build less than 100 houses per annum)
• 30% managing relationships with sub contractors and contract merchants
• 80% new business development role, 20% account management
• Targeted to grow a pipeline of projects worth approx. £1m
• Typical project sizes from £25,000 up to £100,000
• Predominantly residential projects, but may also include some independent hotels
• Working in a team of four/five field sales professionals nationally

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Bathrooms with:

• Must have sold into the regional housebuilder sector
• Open to all interior building product backgrounds
• Specific knowledge of bathrooms or KBB is not essential
• Consultative selling technique
• Entrepreneurial self starter
• Contacts within Directors of regional housebuilders may be advantageous
• Autonomous in approach
• Excellent communicator
