Remuneration: £40,000-£50,000 + £10,000 Bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager Bedroom Furniture will involve:
• Field sales position selling a manufactured range of fitted bedroom furniture/ wardrobes
• Selling into predominantly national house builders, but also regional house builders and private developers
• Leveraging national agreements with national house builders
• 40% account managing 2-10 national Housebuilder accounts (worth circa £2m)
• 60% new business development, ideally within your own network of contacts
• Inheriting an area with massive potential
• Targeted with doubling revenue in next 2-3 years
• Orders from £1,000 for one off individuals to £100,000+ for a block of flats
• Working closely with the installation management team, who meet installers and contractors on site
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Bedroom Furniture with:
• Proven track record in field sales within the building industry
• Must have sold extensively into national house builders, regional house builders and/ or private developers
• Ideally sold a finished product, KBB product experience is not essential
• An outlook of looking for longevity
• Managing the area like it was your own business
• Ability to sell into a variety of different levels from MDs down to site level
• Ideally 3-5 years+ industry experience
• Hard working mentality
• Commercially minded
