Area to be covered: London & South East
Remuneration: £35,000 + commission circa £10,000 first year
Benefits: £400 car allowance full benefits package
The role of the Sales Executive – Furniture & Workplace Design will involve:
• Field sales position selling the design, products and installation of furniture and workplaces such as: breakout area, office seating area, waiting rooms etc
• Majority of your time will be spent selling to main contractors, end-users, facilities management companies such as: JLA & ISG
• May have a smaller element of your time dealing with interior designers and architects
• Tasked with growing new business revenue of £1m
• Targeting projects between £10k-£20k however can go up to £1m+
• Will have extensive internal lead generation support
• Must upkeep CRM system
The ideal applicant will be an Sales Executive – Furniture & Workplace Design with:
• Must have interior market experience
• Would consider someone in field sales, internal sales, project management etc with interiors knowledge
• Ideally from an interior fit-out, design workspace, workplace design, furniture background
• Must be able to work autonomously
• Ideally have knowledge of interior spaces and products
• Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good time management skills, focused and customer service orientated
