Remuneration: £24,000 - £30,000 + bonus

The role of the Project Engineer – Masonry & Stone Support Systems will involve:
• Project Engineer position dealing with a high quality range masonry and stone support systems
• Meeting on site with Engineers and ensuring everyone is equipped to fulfil the role
• Producing initial designs
• Develop drawings of the designs for approval
• Once approval is granted produce setting out drawings for site installation
• 60% of your time will be drawing on AutoCAD
• 30% will be carrying out technical calculations
• 10% attending meetings with architects, specifying consultants and engineers
• Working on projects varying in value from £50k to £500+
The ideal applicant will be a Project Engineer – Masonry & Stone Support Systems with:
• Must have engineering degree, ideally structural or civil
• Ideally will already have experience as a Structural Engineer, Civil Engineer or working within an engineering consultancy
• Must be able to understand engineering drawings
• Ideally direct product knowledge / experience fixings, anchoring systems, restraint systems, precast concrete systems, glass façade fixings, brickwork cladding, brickwork fixing systems
• Ideally have site experience
• Genuine ‘get up and go’ work ethic
• Results orientated and outgoing
