Remuneration: £24,000-£25,000 + uncapped commission

The role of the Assistant Showroom Manager – Wall & Floor Tiles will involve:
• Assistant Showroom Manager position selling a manufactured and distributed range of wall & floor tiles such as; porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, mosaic tiles and glass & stone tiles
• Maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of the showroom and assisting with the management of the showroom and the team
• Generating sales through retail and trade customers and ensuring sales targets are met
• Processing the stock deliveries and arranging the displays to encourage further sales
• Developing a great understanding of the product range and being on hand to offer expertise to customers
• Ensure the showroom is always fully equipped with stock and atheistically pleasing at all times
• Being adaptable to different customers inquiries and maintaining a level of professionalism throughout
The ideal applicant will be an Assistant Showroom Manager – Wall & Floor Tiles with:
• Ideally have both management & sales experience
• Ideally possess knowledge within the tiling industry (not essential)
• Tile experience is not essential, our client is open to many interior product backgrounds such as; adhesives, office furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, fabrics, wall coverings, wallpapers, ceilings, soft furnishings, floor coverings etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have been a team leader who is looking for the next step up
• A willingness to go the extra mile and looking for progression
• A polite professional with a warm, welcoming demeanour
