Remuneration: £25,000 + uncapped commission – OTE £50,000-£60,000
The role of the Kitchen Sales Designer – Contract Kitchens will involve:
• Kitchen Designer role selling a manufactured range of German contract kitchens to the general public
• Manage showroom sales which includes following up leads, delivering presentations and successfully selling a range of products from the kitchen showroom
• Dealing with customers’ orders, inquiries and managing their project from installation to completion where required
• Designing kitchens with clear specifications and excellent attention to detail
• Help develop the company’s online presence with the marketing team
• Average order value is £15k; however order sizes can vary from £8-£10k up to between £30-£40k
• Sales targets will be £500k a year
• All of your time will be working within the Residential market sector
The ideal applicant will be a Kitchen Sales Designer – Contract Kitchens with:
• Must be from a kitchens background
• Must have 1-2 years’ experience selling kitchens
• Self-sufficient who can hit the ground running
• Ideally some knowledge of CAD/virtual design packages but not essential
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Charismatic, very personable, professional and confident
• IT literate
• Organised, methodical, good journey planner
• Well presented
• Preferable on the up in career
