Area to be covered: North & Scotland OR South (location will determined on patch)
Remuneration: £35,000-£45,000neg (depending on experience) + negotiable bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Pipes & Fittings will involve:
• Field sales position, selling a manufactured range of pipes & fittings for the drainage, water, sewage and gas industries
• Majority of your time will be selling to national & independent builders merchants, plumbers merchants and civil merchants such as: Keyline, Travis Perkins, BSS, JDP, Jewson Civils
• Remainder of your time managing relationships with framework contractors, M&E contractors, plumbing contractors, installers such as Yorkshire & Scotland Water
• Inheriting a successful territory currently turning over circa £4.5m
• Will take over circa 110-150 spending accounts
• Good blend of account management and new business
• Reporting to and working closely with National Sales Manager
The ideal applicant will be a Area Sales Manager – Pipes & Fittings with:
• Must be dynamic and full of energy
• Would consider someone in internal sales
• Would consider someone working within a branch looking to step into field sales for example: Keyline, Travis Perkins, BSS, JDP, Jewson Civils etc
• Ideally got some field sales experience however not essential
• Open to all building products background however knowledge of the civil market place advantageous
• Ambitious, strong organisational skills and excellent communicator
• Working to build a career
