Area to be covered: South Central, South London and South of South East (Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Hampshire, West & East Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Buckinghamshire and South London)
Remuneration: £40,000-£42,000 + 20-25% Bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager M&E, HVAC & Building Services will involve:
• Technical field sales position selling a large manufactured range of valves, thermostatic control products, pipes, HIU’s (heat interface units) and manifolds
• Promoting products and solutions for isolation, regulation and control of heating and domestic water services
• Typically targeting hospitals, schools, health centres, housing associations, commercial and large public buildings
• New business and account development role, you will be inheriting an area achieving budget with a revenue responsibility of circa £500,000 turnover
• Majority of your time will be spent with M&E contractors, HVAC contractors, mechanical contractors or plumbing and building services contractors
• The remainder of your time winning specifications with consulting engineers, local authorities, M&E consultants and other specifiers
• Excellent field sales support from National Sales Manager
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager M&E Contractors / Building Services with:
• Mechanical engineering industry background, preferably building services
• Must have technical field sales experience with M&E contractors, HVAC contractors or building services contractors
• Specification field sales experience with M&E consultants, and consulting engineers is not essential
• Passionate with tonnes of determination, drive and tenacity
• Building services / HVAC construction industry contacts would be useful
• Must be a team player and have the ability and personality to integrate into a team working environment
• Business acumen and negotiating skills
• Preferably with prior experience within commercial, healthcare and local authority sectors
