Remuneration: £50,000 Neg. + 20% Bonus

The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Bathrooms & Showers will involve:
• Dedicated specification field sales representative for the South
• Predominantly selling our client’s manufactured range of bathroom and showering products
• (Also responsible for promoting our client’s commercial sanitary waste pumps)
• Winning specifications with housebuilders, private developers, student accommodation developers, plumbing & heating consultants, M&E consultants and M&E contractors
• Small amount of time selling to builders merchants
• Largely a green field opportunity, hence new business focussed
• Once established in the role you will be expected to achieve £1m revenue
• Following up on Glenigan leads etc.
• Reporting into the Southern Regional Sales Manager
• Increasing our client’s shower products brand awareness
• Winning projects from 10-15 shower cubicles up to 300+
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Bathrooms & Showers with:
• Must have a proven track record in specification field sales to housebuilders
• Must have sold into at least one of the target specifier customers: housebuilders, private developers, student accommodation developers, plumbing & heating consultants, M&E consultants and M&E contractors
• Knowledge of bathrooms/ showers preferred
• Open to all plumbing & heating product backgrounds
• Strong sales and technical orientated background
• Autonomous
• Willing to travel/ ability to cover a large area
