The role of the B2B Sales executive – Solar PV Installations will involve:

• Office based B2B sales role selling the supply and fit of solar PV
• Targeting predominantly new build housing, but also social housing, commercial scale projects in care homes, schools, universities, health centres, office and swimming pools
• Working for a market leader you will be expected to close business by utilising our client’s strong brand name
• Passing enquiries to internal design and sales support team who will generate quotes on your behalf, so you can focus on sales
• Targeted to achieve 30 meaningful selling conversations per day and close business in line with the current conversion rates
• Schedule field specialist for any site surveys and pr-contract meetings
• Working towards a collective team target (company aims to grow order book by double each year)
• Following up on lots of inbound enquiries and chasing Glenigan leads

The ideal applicant will be a B2B Sales Executive – Solar PV Installations with:

• Construction sales experience, background in renewable energy would be advantageous
• Open to commodity building product backgrounds such as; aggregate, roofing, windows etc.
• Specific knowledge of solar PV is not required, but renewable backgrounds may be of interest
• Prior experience of having sold into housebuilders/ private developers is not essential
• Passionate
• Ability to add value to customer propositions to increase margins and win new business
• Team player
