Area to be covered: London & South East

Remuneration: £50,000 + £21,000 bonus

The role of the Key Account Manager – Heating Systems / Boilers will involve:

• Commercial field sales position selling a wide range of high quality manufactured heating systems and products such as: boilers, boiler controls, heat pumps, cylinders with focus on heat interface units (HIU’s)
• All of your time will be spent selling to large M&E contractors, main contractors, subn contractors, energy service companies (ESCO’s) and NHS trusts
• Inheriting circa 35-45 live accounts with 15-20 spending at any one time
• Taking over a territory currently turning over £2.5/£3m with huge growth plans
• Remaining 30% of your sales time will be spent generating new business relationships
• Order values can vary between £40k-£1m+ depending on the size of projects
• Working in conjunction with a dedicated Specification BDM

The ideal applicant will be Key Accounts Manager – Heating Systems / Boilers with:

• Must have field sales experience selling a technical related HVAC products such as: boilers, water heating systems, cylinders, press fittings, pipework, plumbing systems, radiators, ventilation systems, heat pumps
• Ideally have sold heat interface units (HIU’s)
• Must have sold to large M&E contractors
• Ideally have experience selling to energy service companies and NHS trusts
• Must be capable of managing large M&E contractor key accounts
• Must be hungry, driven and have a great attitude
• Demonstrate excellent drive, determination, energy and ambition to succeed
