Customer Service Manager – Building Products
Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Manager – Building Products (6-12 month cover)

Remuneration: £45,000 – £50,000 & full benefits
The role of the Customer Service & Sales Manager – Building Products will involve:
- Customer service & sales promoting a high quality range of building products
- This role is a temporary position for 6-12 months
- Your main responsibility will be to develop, mentor and manage a small internal based customer service team
- Deal with the key account customer base when issues arise
- Support backorders, demand and stock levels
- Liaise with internal customer service, marketing, supply team and transport teams
- Manage vendor performance
The ideal applicant will be an Customer Service & Sales Manager – Building Products with:
- Must have B2B customer service experience
- Must have people leadership / management
- Ideally from the construction sector however open for the right candidate for example FMCG
- IT proficient
- Proactive problem solver
