Remuneration: £30,000-£35,000 Basic £55,000-£65,000 OTE

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Kitchens will involve:
- Field sales role selling our clients manufactured range of kitchens
- Selling into predominantly independent retail showrooms
- Smaller element of dealing with builders merchants and regional housebuilders
- Initially this role is 100% focused on new business development, although will become more account management after the first 6 months
- Tasked with growing revenue up to £100,000 in the first 6 months
- On boarding 15-20 independent retail showrooms initially to achieve run rate target
- Typically 3-4 days a week on the road, remainder working from home
- Ideally 4-5 meaningful customer visits a day when on the road
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Kitchens with:
- Must come from the KBB market, ideally kitchens
- Contacts within independent retail showrooms
- Field sales experience having sold into independent retail showroom customers
- New business hunter
- Resilient and relentless approach
- Thrives on winning new clients and driving revenue growth
- Driven and results-oriented
- Organised, methodical, good journey planner
- Well presented
