Job Title: Business Development Manager – Roof & Building Membranes

Area to be covered: London & South East
Remuneration: £45,000-£50,000 (depending on experience) + 30% bonus
Benefits: £450 car allowance & benefits packages
The role of the Business Development Manager – Roof & Building Membranes will involve:
- Field sales position, selling a manufactured range of temporary site protection, roof & bundling membranes, ground & gas membranes and breather membranes
- All of your time will be spent selling to architects, specifiers and main contractors
- May have a smaller element of your role dealing with merchants as the position involves
- Turnover target will be established depending on your experience
- Will cover London & South East, would be preferable to be based in the Northern Home Counties however not essential
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – Roof & Building Membranes with:
- Must have sold a technically aligned building product such as: building protection, roofing membranes, wall membranes, building protection, fixings, cladding, curtain walling, building envelope, waterproofing, brick works, insulation, drylining, fire protection etc
- Must have sold to architects, specifiers and main contractors
- Would consider someone selling to merchants if you’re selling roof / building protection & membranes, with sounds technical knowledge
- Must be personable
- Organised, hungry and hardworking
