Area to be covered: Ireland – based Northern Ireland
Remuneration: £45,000 – £50,000 + Up to £6,000 per quarter

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Renders will involve:
- Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of renders
- Winning specifications with architects, main contractors and housebuilder developers
- Managing and working in a close relationship with 2 key distribution accounts (1 x Northern Ireland, 1 x Dublin)
- Inhering an area that has grown from £300,000 to £750,000 in the last year
- Tasked with achieving £1m turnover
- Inheriting a project bank of circa £750,000
- Material project value’s from up to £200,000+
- Conducting a CPD presentation a month
- Typical days may include visiting a couple of architects or up to 4 site visits
- Spending 50% of your time in Northern Ireland, 50% travelling down to Dublin
- Scope for this role to grow into a field sales manager role covering Ireland
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Renders with:
- Must have a proven track record in field based sales role selling construction/ heavyside building materials such as renders, plasters, cladding, insulation, rainscreen, facades, or related products
- Open to all external finishes, external envelope systems
- Must have sold to architects, main contractors or housebuilder developers
- Comfortable visiting construction sites
- Ideally experience of conducting CPD Presentations
- Technical and on-site experience with building materials
- Genuine ‘get up and go’, determined and tenacious, make a good impression
- Willing to travel with overnight stays where necessary
