Area to be covered: South East
Remuneration: £50,000 – £55,000 + £12,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Commercial Roofing & Cladding will involve:
- Field sales position selling a high quality range of fasteners for roofing & cladding systems
- All of your time will be spent selling to specialise sub-contractors, roofing contractors and OEM’s such as: Kingspan & Tata Steel
- Once up and running will be expected to turnover £1m
- Majority of your time will be spent generating new business
- Project sizes can vary from £100 – £250k depending on size and scope
- Fantastic support with NSM and internal team
- Typical projects include education, high rise residential, commercial office, healthcare and education
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Commercial Roofing & Cladding with:
- Must have commercial roofing & cladding sales experience (not domestic)
- Must have sold to sub-contractors & roofing contractors and OEMs
- Must be able to pick up technical aspect of the role
- Must have a hunter mentality
- Would consider someone from a technical background however ideally sales
- Team player
- IT literate
- Hardworking and resilient
