The role of the Sales Estimator – Ceiling, Acoustic & Lighting Systems will involve:
- Sales Estimator position, dealing with a high end range of manufactured ceilings, acoustics and lighting systems
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand scope and requirements
- Prepare formal quotations and submit within required timeframes
- Work with the sales team to support bids and tenders, providing technical and pricing input
- Update and manage estimating software, price lists, and standard product costing models
- Estimating for projects ranging in value from £2k up to circa £500k
The ideal applicant will be an Sales Estimator – Ceiling, Acoustic & Lighting Systems with:
- Must have technical sales or estimating experience within the construction interiors market sector
- Ideally will have an understanding of ceilings, partitions, fit-out, panels, lighting, LEDs, and acoustics
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Technically minded individual with strong numerical skills
- Willing to learn and adapt to new environments
