Area to be covered: National (must be based South East ideally South London / Southern Home Counties)
Remuneration: £55,000 – £65,000 negotiable + bonus based on team turnover target

The role of the UK Sales Manager – Roofing & Cladding Fixings will involve:
- UK Sales Manager position promoting a high quality manufactured range of fixings and fastenings used for roofing and cladding applications
- Managing, developing and coaching a small team of 2 ASM’s
- Supporting the team attending customer visits with specialist roofing and cladding contractors with the remaining portion of your time spent dealing with selected distributors, merchants and waterproofing manufacturers
- Will be targeted on the UK turnover
- Dealing with order values ranging from £500 – £15k per project
- Work alongside the internal sales support and provide on site support for larger projects
The ideal applicant will be UK Sales Manager – Roofing & Cladding Fixings with:
- Must have people management experience
- Must be commercially astute
- Ideally have building envelope, roofing or cladding sales experience but would consider other related product backgrounds
- Ideally knowledge of fixings, fastenings, cladding, roofing, single ply roofing, roof insulation, roofing membranes, bituminous roofing, liquid applied roofing, waterproofing, metal roofing / cladding systems
- Ideally experience of selling to roofing / cladding contractors
- Must be a team player
- Confident people person with genuine hunger for sales and a long term opportunity
- Organised and self-motivated
