Area Sales Manager – Paints & Coatings
Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Paints & Coatings
Industry Sector: Paints, Coatings, Painting & Decorating, Contractors, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, External Sales, Regional Sales Manager, Specification Sales Manager, Painters, Decorators
Area to be covered: flexible however ideally Central OR South East
Remuneration: £50,000 – £55,000neg + commission tbc
Benefits: £5,000 car allowance (might be able to accommodate a company car) + benefits
The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Painting & Decorating will involve:
- Field sales position, selling a range of distributed paint & coatings
- All of your time will be spent selling to paint & decorators, main & sub-contractors
- Once up and running in year 2 would like you to turnover between £750k-£1m
- Majority of your time will be spent generating new business however will be given some accounts
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Painting & Decorating with:
- Must have field sales experiencing the paint & coating sector
- Must have sold to paint & decorators, main & sub-contractors
- Must be able to hit the ground running
- Outgoing, empathetic and tonnes of charisma
