Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Commercial Heat Pumps

Area to be covered: North West & North Wales
Remuneration: £50,000 – £56,000 + circa £20,000 bonus
Benefits: £545 car allowance or hybrid company car + comprehensive benefits package
The role of the Area Sales Manager – Commercial Heat Pumps will involve:
- Field sales positions selling a high quality manufactured range of heat pumps, boilers and water heaters
- 50% of your time be spent generating specification via M&E consultants, mechanical consultants & local authorities
- 40% of your time will be spent selling into M&E contractors , specialist sub-contractors and main contractors
- The remaining 10% of your time will be spent back selling and managing sales through plumber merchants, builder merchants and specialist distributors
- Dealing with typical order vales of around £10k-£150k+ depending on project size
- Inheriting a well-established area turning over circa £2.4m
The ideal applicant will be a Sales Manager – Commercial Heat Pumps with:
- Must have a field sales experience selling commercial heat pumps / pumps
- Must have experience of specification sales via M&E consultants, M&E consultants and local authorities
- Must have contacts in the industry
- Commercial astute
- Dynamic with a strong work ethic
- Likeable, tenacious and results orientated
