Area Sales Manager – Landscaping & Paving Products
Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Porcelain & Natural Stone Paving Products

Area to be covered: South West (ideally based Oxford or South Birmingham)
Remuneration: £40,000-£50,000 + commission (circa 1% of sales)
Benefits: £500 car allowance & benefits package
The role of the Area Sales Manager – Porcelain & Natural Stone Paving Products will involve:
- Field sales role position promoting a range of porcelain & natural stone paving products
- All of your time will be spent selling to independent builders merchants & landscaping distributors / centres
- Increasing a team turnover of circa £3m
- Regular CRM & social media upkeep
- Liaise with internal sales team to convert leads
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Porcelain & Natural Stone Paving Products with:
- Must have experience selling to builders merchants & landscaping centres
- Must have sold heavyside building materials background, open to unrelated products such as facades, bricks, landscaping, timber, aggregates, architectural mortars etc
- Articulate, self-motivated and driven
- Ideally a landscaping / paving product background
