Area to be covered: South – (80% London)
Remuneration: £55,000 + £3,000/5,000 per Quarter Bonus uncapped

The role of the Area Sales Manager – LED Lighting will involve:
- Field sales role, promoting a manufactured range of LED lighting
- Targeting large scale projects, such as national refurbishment projects within retail, public sector, domestic, hospitality, leisure and student accommodation
- 80% of your time managing relationships within key electrical contractors and M&E contractors and large electrical wholesales customers
- 20% targeting specifiers such as; M&E consultants, architects, local authorities, lighting designers an, electrical consultants
- Following up leads via large electrical wholesalers
- Mix of account development and new business development (warm leads from the large electrical wholesalers)
- Targeting projects from £30,000-£200,000
- Managing customers via telephone, teams and regular face to face meetings
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – LED Lighting with:
- Must have experience stimulating demand via electrical contractors/ M&E contractors as well as managing relationships with large electrical wholesalers
- A proven track record in winning large scale projects and managing projects from electrical wholesales network
- Specification field sales experience with M&E consultants, architects, local authorities, lighting designers and, electrical consultants is not essential
- Lighting design experience is of interest, but will be taught
- Willing to learn the commercial and industrial sectors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Sociable – will include customer entertaining on evenings in London as well as gold days etc.
